Responsibilities

More specifically, this role will be responsible for the following:-

• Maintaining Warehouse, Supply Chain & Promapp processes & Training Manuals
• Being a power user of Westland Milk’s ERP and WMS systems and able to train others on best practices
• The completion of Supply Chain Business Reporting
• Health and Safety Administration at the Rolleston site

Requirements

• A background in IT, office administration, and accounts-related services
• Broad computer IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel capability, as well as experience working within an ERP system (preferably AX)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to exhibit a strong customer focus
• An ability to deal with customers and suppliers in a courteous manner
• The ability to work in an environment that often involves interruptions and distractions
• A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work under pressure, and be responsive to organizational contingencies as they arise
• The ability to work cooperatively as part of a small but dynamic team demonstrating the key 5E leadership behaviors (Empower, Energize, Enable, Envision, and Execute)
• The ability to consistently reach goals established seeking to constantly improve performance by setting goals that are challenging but are attainable
• A professional approach and the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of company-sensitive information at all times
• A positive attitude towards ERP systems and the ability to make sure the team understands and values the use of the ERP and WMS systems
