Linh’s Kitchen Canada, a popular Vietnamese restaurant, seeks a Kitchen Helper to join their team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be critical in assisting the chefs in preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15.00 hourly for30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with kitchen inventory and restocking supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager

Qualifications:

• You don’t need formal education or experience, but previous kitchen experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
