Job Description
A successful State Farm farm agent is looking for a competent individual to join their successful team as an account manager—State Farm Agent Team Member. We’re looking for an active individual who wants to assist our company in developing via value-based interactions and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
