  • Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve promotional programs; and approve overall human resource planning. 
  • Establish the organization’s objectives and establish or approve policies and programs. 
  • Represent the organization or assign representatives to act on its behalf in negotiations or other official activities. 
  • Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; assign power to them and provide optimal working circumstances.
