Job Description

As a Service Representative at Ryan McDonald State Farm, you will provide great customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance business. Responsibilities

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customers’ needs while promoting our business’s development.
