Overview: Are you a detail-oriented individual passionate about cleanliness and order? Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. Located in Red Deer, AB, our establishment is committed to providing guests with a clean and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities: As an Executive Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and implementing operational procedures for the housekeeping department
- Selecting and purchasing equipment and supplies
- Planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Coordinating inspections of assigned areas
- Coordinating contract services
- Ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met
- Conducting performance evaluations and appraisals
- Maintaining an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Supervising in-house laundry services
- Scheduling and assigning duties to housekeeping staff
- Ensuring that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Hiring and dismissing staff
