Close out all reusable goods, break down goods, clean all equipment and spaces, restore equipment to suitable placements, locking refrigerators, replenish supplies, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and keep work areas in good condition. Also, inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver before use. Keep work locations clean throughout the day by using clean-as-you-go practices.

Follow all company safety and security rules and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working circumstances to the manager. And complete all required safety training and certifications. Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, that sensitive information is kept secure, and that company assets are protected. Welcome and thank all guests by business policy. Speak with others straightforwardly and professionally, and answer phones with proper manners. Also, develop and maintain positive working connections with colleagues, assist the team in achieving common goals, and listen to and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns.
