Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound telemarketing, lead generation, or sales
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Highly motivated, with the ability to meet performance targets independently
- Adaptability to changing campaigns and client needs
- Excellent time management and the ability to make 150+ outbound calls per day
- Must hold New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa
Responsibilities
As a Telemarketer, your key tasks include:

- Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and set appointments for IT clients
- Qualifying prospects and identifying potential customers
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Staying informed about clients’ IT offerings, such as cloud services, security, hardware, and infrastructure
- Consistently hitting daily KPIs in call volume and lead conversion
