In this position you will:
- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Horton’s high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Manage inventory and ordering
Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time
- Excellent communication/listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Management experience (2 plus years)
