An iconic and distinctly New Zealand attraction, the All Blacks Experience showcases our national passion and cultural connection to rugby, along with the incredible accomplishments of our national teams. This interactive experience takes customers through a state-of-the-art 45-minute guided journey through the story of New Zealand rugby, how it has shaped us, and features insights from some of our legends of the game.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver a world-class guided tour, engaging visitors with the history and significance of New Zealand rugby.
– Provide an exceptional retail experience, assisting customers with purchases and product knowledge.
– Engage with visitors of all ages, ensuring an enjoyable and informative experience.
– Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
– Support visitors with any inquiries or assistance they may need during their visit.
