Job Description

Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conducting performance reviews
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Monitoring revenues and modifying procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Bargain arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Bargain with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
- Set staff work plan and monitor staff performance
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
