  • Engineering degree
  • Extensive experience leading multi-discipline engineering projects
  • Brownfield experience
  • Strong track record of presenting business solutions
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and partners
  • Leadership skills for mentoring and motivating teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to engineering and design teams
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery Team to resolve engineering issues
  • Manage and implement company HSE requirements
  • Coordinate project scope, cost, and time requirements
  • Drive a culture of practical engineering solutions and adherence to best practices
  • Embed digital tools and systems in project delivery
