Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Extensive experience leading multi-discipline engineering projects
- Brownfield experience
- Strong track record of presenting business solutions
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and partners
- Leadership skills for mentoring and motivating teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to engineering and design teams
- Collaborate with the Project Delivery Team to resolve engineering issues
- Manage and implement company HSE requirements
- Coordinate project scope, cost, and time requirements
- Drive a culture of practical engineering solutions and adherence to best practices
- Embed digital tools and systems in project delivery
