Job Description

A successful State Farm agent is looking for a competent individual to join their winning team as a Marketing Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member. Requirements

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Working with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Working with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
  • Working with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
