Job Description

Beyond recruitment is recruiting for a construction group that owns a portfolio of properties and includes leased properties predominantly on the north shore.  This role sits within the property management team and reports to the Property Manager.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified in carpentry, with a solid background in carpentry maintenance or handyman services
  • Being well-organized and adept at planning a work program is key tork
  • Excellent communication skills pave the way for collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with other tradespeople fosters teamwork. A current driver’s license opens doors to new opportunities.
