Job Description

Join a team at Te Papa and Tākina, Wellington’s newest Convention and Exhibition Centre. they’re seeking full-time kitchen porters for key operational roles. If you’re a team player with a keen eye for hygiene and cleanliness, this is your chance to be part of amazing events at Wellington’s iconic function venues.

Responsibilities

You must have:

  • To work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Basic food preparation and storage knowledge, including HACCP principles
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering operation
  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices
