Job Description

Reporting to the onsite Canteen Porter Supervisor, you will ensure that the premises are properly maintained, workstations and meeting rooms are adequately set up, and facility concerns are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging and anticipative service to all office employees and visitors.
  • Work closely with facilities and other workplace departments to ensure a flawless client experience.
  • Conduct routine floor checks for cleanliness, orderliness & deficiencies
  • Fill, clean, and maintain coffee, beverage coolers, and water equipment.
  • Weekly and Daily communication with the Canteen lead.
  • As required, carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Restock supplies and consumables
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors
  • Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs
  • Light housekeeping duties as required
