Job Description

Thiara Farms is seeking a farm supervisor to join its team in Canada. If you can do this, please apply using the email below.

Responsibilities

  • Divide freshly harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between the row
