You will perform the following tasks:
- Coordination and supervision of work for general farm workers and laborers harvesting
- Ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed strictly
- Maintain good quality control and production records
- Maintaining records and logs
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Hire and train staff
- Maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
