You will perform the following tasks:

Coordination and supervision of work for general farm workers and laborers harvesting
Ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed strictly
Maintain good quality control and production records
Maintaining records and logs
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Hire and train staff
Maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm duties
