Job Description

We are a dairy farm based in Western Southland, milking 800 cows through a 54-bale rotary system with advanced milking technology.

Requirements:

  • Must be in NZ with a valid work visa
  • Mature, good time management, and positive team player
  • Clean driver’s license, police vetting, and drug testing required
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Willingness to learn; experience not essential

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with milking cows and dairy shed hygiene
  • General farm duties include spraying weeds and shifting cows
  • Assist with calving, picking up calves, and managing winter feed
  • Perform R&M maintenance and set breaks and fences
  • Work well with the on-farm crew on a 6:2 roster
