Job Description
We are a dairy farm based in Western Southland, milking 800 cows through a 54-bale rotary system with advanced milking technology.
Requirements:
- Must be in NZ with a valid work visa
- Mature, good time management, and positive team player
- Clean driver’s license, police vetting, and drug testing required
- Physically fit and healthy
- Willingness to learn; experience not essential
Responsibilities:
- Assist with milking cows and dairy shed hygiene
- General farm duties include spraying weeds and shifting cows
- Assist with calving, picking up calves, and managing winter feed
- Perform R&M maintenance and set breaks and fences
- Work well with the on-farm crew on a 6:2 roster
