Job Description
Adecco is looking for a Commercial Electrician Foreman who can confidently lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget. You will plan, supervise, and perform all phases of installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and staff to ensure project success.
- Inspect and implement electrical systems, analyze issues, and provide technical oversight.
- Ensure safety compliance, manage budgeting and costs, and develop project timelines.
- Oversee and manage all electrical projects and personnel safely and efficiently.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise electrical projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Provide training and instruction to electrical personnel, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
- Diagnosed and troubleshot electrical problems and tested electrical systems and circuits.
- Plan layout and installation of wiring, equipment, and fixtures per job specifications and local codes.
- Inspect systems and equipment for hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
