Mama’s Restaurant is seeking the service of a cocktail waiter/waitress to join their team at Moncton

English

1 year to less than 2 years

You will be tasked with the following activities and responsibilities:

You must be of legal age to mix and serve our various alcoholic beverages
Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Enforcement of provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Advise on menu selections
You must be able to balance cash and record sales
Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
Describe and advise on wine selection for customers
Greet patrons, present our menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
maintain order inventory of wines and wine glassware
Supervise other servers and bussing staff
Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
You must be able to train staff
