Job Description
Join our award-winning team at Hind Management as a Chef De Partie at Sudima Christchurch Airport Hotel. This full-time role involves supporting our Head Chef in a busy kitchen, preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. We seek someone with high standards in food preparation and a knack for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and production
- Maintain kitchen recipes and standards
- Control wastage and ensure food safety
- Keep the work area clean
- Collaborate with senior chefs
- Exceed guest expectations
Requirements:
- Experience as Chef De Partie/Demi Chef in a la carte operations
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Open communication skills and teamwork
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Culinary degree/certificate preferred
- Current NZ work rights
