Job Description

Responsibilities
You will be:
- In charge of providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary Customs information to passengers
- Assisting with the processing of NZ Traveller Declaration, collection of revenue of excisable items such as cigarettes
- Working closely with Customs Officers and other airport staff
- Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems and databases
- Ensuring passengers meet immigration requirements and escalating situations when required
- Working on a full-time roster (8 hours per day) on a 6 day on, 3 day off shift rotation
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty and have very good communication skills.
