Job Description

Bassano, AB branch is searching for an excellent customer support advisor to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for our Agriculture Division. The customer assistance Advisor is an outside sales role tasked with promoting and selling agricultural products and services and providing after-sales assistance to both existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping customers current on new products and services
  • Increasing parts and service sales
  • Implement yearly territory plan
  • Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand the customer base.
  • Plan, develop, and communicate territory coverage to maximize sales potential.
  • Make regular, scheduled calls to current and prospective customers
  • Maintain records of customer and fleet accounts
  • Other duties, as assigned
