Job Description

Visa is recruiting an engineering team lead. The Lead is accountable for leading one to two cross-functional product delivery teams to deliver and maintain one or more areas of the Visa Spend Clarity Product and Platform.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work hand in hand with Product Managers
  • Practice Leads and other Engineering Management to deliver the best outcomes for our business and customers.
  • You will coach and facilitate your team’s career path, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification
5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
