Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will have a pivotal leadership role in the Rosewood Kauri Cliffs Culinary team. This is a hands-on position. Responsibilities include:
– Having creative input with menu development and dish presentation.
– Ensuring the adequate supply at cooking stations.
– Training, developing, and supporting kitchen staff.
– Putting effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
– Ensuring exceptional hygiene practices are maintained.
– Monitoring and controlling food costs.
– Supporting the Director of Culinary with general administration tasks.
