Job Description
A farm assistant service is needed in New Zealand. This role requires you to be focused and attentive to details.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and management of our herd
- Follow farm protocols and procedures to ensure the health and welfare of livestock
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the farm premises
- Operate and maintain farm equipment
- Work closely with the team to achieve farm goals
Requirements
- Previous experience working with dairy cows and operating farm equipment is essential.
- Passion for animals and working outside
- Desire to learn and develop skills in dairy farming
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
- Smoke and drug-free (random drug testing conducted)
- Clean police record
- Must hold a relevant visa to work in New Zealand
