Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits three exceptional Permanent Part-Time Catering Assistants to join their team at Napier Airport. As part of the Compass Group team, you will help create an incomparable lounge experience for Air New Zealand customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our highly engaging service culture is translated into outstanding “surprise and delight” moments for our valued customers.
  • Delivering professional customer service, providing a warm, friendly, and welcoming ambiance for our customers.
  • Basic food preparation and presentation.
  • Stock control.
  • Assisted and maintained general cleaning and food hygiene duties.

Requirements 

  • You will be hard-working with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in a similar environment and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be willing to train for one.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Passion for great food, customer service, and quality.
