Responsibilities
– Scoping and running small to medium-sized ground investigations
– Understanding local ground conditions, sampling collection methods, and drilling techniques
– Logging, test pitting, lab scheduling, and ensuring OH&S compliance
– Proposal writing, project management, building ground models
– Writing basic factual and interpretative reports
– Providing construction support as needed
