Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the efficient operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist in managing daily operations and lead the restaurant team to maintain the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in managing daily operations and deliver the best guest experience
– Lead and mentor the restaurant team alongside the Food & Beverage Manager
– Shape and maintain a collaborative culture
– Implement and maintain operational standards for efficiency and service quality
– Assist with team management, including rosters, daily briefings, and onboarding
– Liaise with other hotel departments daily to ensure smooth operations
