Job Description
Fulton Hogan is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our Taranaki team. This role involves the onsite operational delivery of various regional projects, including planning and managing labor, plant, materials, and subcontract resources to deliver the project works safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated organized, and enjoy leading others to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
– Safety Management: Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, and the public on all sites.
– Resource Coordination: Efficiently coordinate resources to complete planned work safely.
– Project Supervision: Supervise projects to ensure they are completed profitably and to the highest quality standards.
– Leadership: Provide onsite leadership and foster a positive work environment.
– Customer Interaction: Ensure effective service delivery and interaction with customers and stakeholders.
-Team Development: Encourage the growth and development of team members and crews.
