Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation and production
  • Maintain kitchen recipes and standards
  • Control wastage and ensure food safety
  • Keep the work area clean
  • Collaborate with senior chefs
  • Exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience as Chef De Partie/Demi Chef in a la carte operations
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Open communication skills and teamwork
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations
  • Culinary degree/certificate preferred
  • Current NZ work rights
