Job Description

Meta Connections Inc. is seeking a network support technician to join its team in Canada. This role requires you to be focused, reliable, and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet
  • Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts
  • Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Supervise technical staff
