Job Description
Are you looking to work in Canada as a Retail store supervisor? SSM BVD Travel Center is looking to hire a retail store supervisor. You must have excellent oral communication, be focused, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties
- Hire and training or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorizing the return of merchandise
- Establishing workers schedules
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers; also, organize and maintain inventory.
You must be able to work under pressure, be attentive to details, meet tight deadlines, be able to carry a heavy load, and the ability to stand for a long period.
