Key Responsibilities
You will be saddled with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the overall operation of the farm
- Establish marketing programs
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- You will be responsible for purchasing machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies
- Maintain financial and production records
- Perform general farm duties
- Recruitment and supervision of staff and/or volunteers
- You will be responsible for purchasing machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies
This job requires you to be attentive to details, handle heavy objects, be physically demanding, and have the ability to work in tight schedules and work under pressure.
