Eligibility Criteria

Application Procedure

1. Nomination: Students must be nominated by their medical school’s dean or a senior faculty member. Only one student per medical school can be nominated each year.
2. Submit Application: Complete the online application, including:
   • A personal statement detailing the applicant’s leadership in addressing healthcare disparities.
   • A nomination letter from the dean or senior faculty.
   • Two additional letters of recommendation from faculty or mentors.
   • A current curriculum vitae (CV) or resume.
3. Review Process: Applications are reviewed by a selection committee based on leadership potential, commitment to social justice, and academic performance.
