• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:30 am – 5:30 pm) + Rostered Saturday mornings

Job Requirements For Delivery Driver Position

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Valid Class 2 Driver Licence (mandatory)
• Physically fit and capable of lifting timber and heavy posts
• Passion for rural communities and the outdoor lifestyle
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Honest, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering on promises
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate safely in all yard and delivery activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand indefinitely
• Subject to a criminal convictions check

Responsibilities For Delivery Driver Position

• Safely load and deliver outdoor timber products to customers and job sites
• Maintain a professional image while operating vehicles and interacting with clients
• Assist customers in-store by offering product advice and support
• Operate yard equipment and help with stock movement and inventory
• Provide general support across showroom, yard, and delivery areas
• Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Other Responsibilities

• Assist with showroom setup and product displays
• Keep yard and delivery vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Support seasonal and promotional activities when needed
• Communicate customer feedback or delivery issues to management
• Contribute to a team-focused and customer-first workplace culture
• Attend training sessions and continuously grow your product knowledge

• Active, hands-on role with physical tasks, including lifting, stacking, and driving
