Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

• Be at least 19 years of age (legal age to serve alcohol in British Columbia)
  
• Possess a valid BC Serving It Right Certificate before beginning employment.
  
• Be legally authorized to work in Canada (visa sponsorship is not available)
  
• Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• Remain courteous and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

As a Server Assistant in the Mallard Lounge, your duties will include:

• Assisting guests with menu knowledge and food and beverage recommendations
  
• Providing timely and efficient clearing of tables and dishware
  
• Ensuring accurate information about menu items, preparation, and ongoing promotions
  
• Upholding food safety and sanitation practices at all times
