Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools (preferred)
- Prior experience in construction or renovation is an asset, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- English language proficiency (required)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and take direction from supervisors
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Support skilled tradespeople in construction, repair, and renovation projects.
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and material handling.
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload building materials
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Follow project instructions and timelines provided by supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all on-site safety procedures
