Job Requirements
- Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive manual work

Experience operating jackhammers, concrete breakers, or similar equipment is highly desirable but not essential (training may be available)

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to consistently work night shifts (2-3 nights per week) without issues

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Own reliable transport to get to and from the work site in Christchurch

Legal right to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)
Responsibilities

Perform manual demolition and concrete breaking duties using jackhammers, breakers, and other suitable tools.

Safely remove and dispose of broken concrete and construction debris to keep the site clean and organized.

Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Follow all health and safety regulations strictly to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly to prevent accidents or delays.

Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order
